Returns
  • Eligibility: We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition and unused.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • No Breakage Warranty: Goods must be checked before leaving the store.
Refunds
  • Processing: Complaints with manufacturing defects will be entertained only within 48 hours of delivery/handover of merchandise.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please communicate with our team if you wish to use another payment method when being refunded.
  • Timeframe: Refunds may take 2-5 working days to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Other Non-Refundable Items communicated upon purchase
Exchanges

Shipping
If needed, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
